  • Rules and Reservations pages: any RV over 15 years old must be approved by management (photos before arrival). Home page says RVs 10 years or older staying over a weekend need approval.

Pets

  • Pets allowed
  • Limit: 2 per site unless okayed by management
  • No Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Dobermans or aggressive dogs
  • Leashed at all times; no loud or constant barking; not left outside unattended; no electric fences; clean up immediately.

Arrival

  • Check-in: 2:00 pm
  • Check-out: 12:00 noon
  • Open all year, with summer and winter seasons. No water to RVs in winter; heated bath house stays open with water.

Cancellation: Non-holiday: 1 week notice, 1-night fee kept; less notice no refund. Holiday: 2 weeks notice, 1-night fee kept; less notice no refund. No refunds for weather or leaving early.

Included in the rate: 1 family per site (father, mother and 2 children); others pay guest fees

Other fees: Plus tax. Visitors $3/person/day, $5/person overnight (max 2 extra). 3% fee on card payments. $200 deposit on monthly sites, $300 on seasonal. Monthly and seasonal pay electric usage. Storage $40/month.
